【Principle】After centrifuging the urine to collect cells, a lysis buffer solution is added
to lyse the cells and release the nucleic acids. In the lysis buffer, the nano
magnetic beads can specifically bind to the free genomic DNA through
functional groups modified on their surface, forming a magnetic bead-DNA
complex. Under the influence of an external magnetic field, the magnetic
bead-DNA complex is transferred to the wash buffer to remove excess
impurities. Then, under the influence of the external magnetic field, it is
transferred to the elution buffer to elute and recover the DNA.
